Participants wanted for survey into delayed or difficult hospital discharges
Healthwatch, the independent organisation for gathering feedback from users of health and social care services in England, is seeking participants for a survey into delayed or difficult hospital discharge.
The survey is open to individuals who’ve been hospital inpatients, and carers, relatives and friends who’ve supported a person who’s been in hospital, where there has been a delayed or difficult experience with hospital discharge in the last 12 months.
The survey takes around 10-15 minutes to complete and responses will be anonymised before the findings are published.
