Mike Phillips is a freelance trainer, facilitator, consultant and coach, passionate about releasing potential through learning and development. Based in London, he works across the UK and internationally, designing and delivering engaging, values-led training rooted in brain-friendly and accelerated learning approaches.
Mike has worked as an associate trainer with a wide range of respected organisations, including NAPA, Dementia Care Matters (with David Sheard), 3Spirits, Meaningful Care Matters, the Directory of Social Change and Jackie Pool Associates.
Before becoming a freelancer, Mike founded a charity and built a strong career in the third sector, including senior management roles at Dementia UK and the Directory of Social Change. This experience underpins his practical, real-world approach to training and organisational development.
Mike is also proud to be an independent advisor on LGBT+ inclusion with NAPA, reflecting his ongoing commitment to equality, inclusion and person-centred practice.
Summary
This is a note: I delivered this workshop at Dementia Congress several years ago (pre-COVID). It proved so popular that there was only standing room left in the space we used. I therefore believe that it would be of interest to deliver it again.
