Join Dementia Research

Join Dementia Research a UK-wide dementia research service that connects volunteers interested in dementia research with studies that they could take part in.
Volunteers can review their study matches once they register and then it’s their decision whether to take part. Taking part means they will make a real difference to the future of dementia care, diagnosis and treatment.
Join Dementia Research is run by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) in partnership with Alzheimer Scotland, Alzheimer’s Research UK and Alzheimer’s Society.
Anyone over the age of 18 can join, including those
● People with a mild cognitive impairment
● People with dementia diagnosis (of any kind)
● Family members and/or carers of people living with dementia
● People just generally interested in dementia research.
We have studies for everyone.
Research offers hope. Only through research can we understand what causes dementia diseases, develop effective treatments and improve the care of those living with dementia.
But for research to make progress, we need more people with and without dementia to take part in vital studies. Help beat dementia by signing up today.
