About

Summary

All people living with dementia can benefit from rehabilitation, which is essential in supporting individuals to achieve and maintain optimal levels of functioning and independence for as long as possible (WHO, 2023). Effective rehabilitation is described as a continuum of support that enables people living with dementia to pursue their rehabilitation goals throughout their journey (Alzheimer’s Disease International, 2025). This poster presents the development and use of a co-designed website that supports the call for accessible rehabilitation for people living with dementia.
