Neuroleptic drug use for people with dementia in care homes

Graham Jackson asks why, despite repeated warnings and guidance, neuroleptic (antipsychotic) drugs are still used inappropraitely for too many people with dementia in care homes. He advises cautious and sparing use of these drugs which can cause many problems
