Out and about: a valued community respite service

Tony Ryan, Rachel Noble, Paul Thorpe and Mike Nolan describe a respite service where people with dementia are accompanied to activities they enjoy in the community. Families and support workers have also been involved in projects to produce training materials including a new CD-Rom.
