Summary
Presentation of sustainable dementia education roll out in mid size care home group. By training and supporting the continuous development of Dementia Ambassadors in our homes, this has enabled us to deliver a program of learning across multiple homes. The program, 'Always you', encourages teams to focus on the feelings and emotions of those living with us, with a focus on reflective practice to enhance their learning.
