#MyNeuroSurvey launched 

The #MyNeuroSurvey has been launched to understand the treatment, care and support being provided for people affected by neurological conditions. 

The survey, which is open to anyone with a condition that affects the brain, spinal cord or central nervous system, is the largest patient survey of people affected by neurological conditions and their friends and family in the UK.
