Research into the use of robotic pets for people with dementia looking for participants
Vanessa Tang, a second year Trainee Clinical Psychologist at Teesside University, is looking for unpaid/family carers to participate in her study of robotic pet ownership amongst people living with dementia.
The aim of this research is to explore and describe people’s experiences of caring for a family member living with dementia who owns a robotic pet.
Participants will be invited to a semi-structured interview via Microsoft Teams, at an agreed date and time, lasting around 60-90 minutes.
