100 Voices looking for participants

100 Voices, a not-for-profit project looking to capture and publish a collection of personal stories from individuals who are driving improvement in healthcare, is looking for participants.

Led by Dr Andrea Gibbons, founder of The QI Hub, it is a collaborative project that aims to inspire, motivate and educate by amplifying the voices of those working to improve healthcare.

The 100 Voices team say:

“By capturing the diverse voices driving improvement in healthcare, encompassing a wide range of backgrounds, roles, and methodologies, this project strives to create a rich and inclusive collection of stories that inspire current and future generations of improvers.”

Stories are being captured by recordings and in written format. For anyone writing their own story, the deadline for first drafts is Friday 19 September 2025. All recorded interviews are aiming to be completed by the end of November 2025. A book featuring the stories shared will be launched in the second half of 2026.

Participation is welcomed from individuals and organisations who want to contribute their expertise, share their stories, or support the project in other ways. Contact hello@theqihub.com with enquiries.
