Dementia UK’s ‘Dementia: what next?’ programme continuing in 2026
Dementia UK’s online programme ‘Dementia: what next?’ is continuing in 2026, having initially launched in 2024 as we reported on here: https://journalofdementiacare.co.uk/what-next-programme.
The programme is designed to provide information and advice for individuals and families after a diagnosis of dementia.
The sessions are hosted by Admiral Nurses and cover:
- What is dementia?
- Financial and legal issues
- Planning for the future
They take place on Zoom from 10-11.30am on the first three Fridays of every month and 6-7:30pm on the first three Tuesdays of every month. The sessions are repeated monthly. Attendance is completely flexible – participants can join any or all of the sessions in the same month or over several months.
