Alzheimer Scotland share ‘Better Care Full Stop’ report and accompanying films
Alzheimer Scotland has published a summary report entitled, ‘Better Care Full Stop’.
The report shares findings from Alzheimer Scotland’s ‘Have your Say’ survey (that we reported on here: https://journalofdementiacare.co.uk/alzheimer-scotland-launch-survey) and covers issues from pre diagnosis to advanced dementia and end of life care. It documents how people with dementia, their carers and families are struggling to navigate systems intended to meet health and social care needs.
