Applications for The Dementia Trust’s Disruption Awards 2024 closing soon 

The Dementia Trust has launched their Disruption Awards. The awards recognise the work of ‘Bold thinkers, passionate groups, and visionary organisations to #MakeChangeHappen.’ 

Grants of up to £10,000 are on offer, and the organisers are looking to fund 2-3 organisations, partnerships or projects.
