The Local Government Association (LGA) has produced a publication looking back over the first decade of The Care Act.
‘The Care Act 2014: 10 years on from Royal Assent’ reflects on whether the aims of the legislation have been achieved and, where they haven’t, what changes are needed to fully realise the Act’s ambitions.
