Dementia UK say:

“NHS continuing healthcare (CHC) funding can be a lifeline for families affected by dementia. Yet too many families are missing out because of complex assessments, delayed decisions, and lengthy appeals when trying to access it.

That’s why, as part of the ‘Fix the funding campaign’, Dementia UK is leading a new petition with 11 other charities calling on the Health Secretary to urgently review NHS CHC.”

Over 19,000 people have already signed the petition. If you would like to add your name and share the petition, you can do so here: https://action.dementiauk.org/fix-nhs-continuing-healthcare
