Competition and Markets Authority investigation into UK care home acquisitions by Welltower Inc. continues
The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) are continuing their investigations into the acquisitions of UK care homes by Welltower Inc.
The homes that were acquired by Welltower Inc – an American real estate investment trust that focuses on healthcare infrastructure – are managed by Barchester Healthcare, HC-One, Aria Care (including Asprey) and Danforth Care.
