A Drama and Theatre Arts graduate of Goldsmiths College, University of London, I have been working in the field of disability arts for 25 years. I'm passionate about harnessing the power of arts and culture to enrich lives and create positive change in society. I have a particular interest in forging model equitable organisations which embed inclusive practice and shift power into the hands of those often termed 'beneficiaries'. I have been Creative Director and CEO of Bright Shadow CIO since 2017 and am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
