A new book, titled “Dementia Prevention: Using Your Head to Save Your Brain,” aims to combine the latest scientific findings about Alzheimer’s disease with the authors’ own experience of caring for parents with dementia. The book, by medical doctor Emily Clionsky and neuropsychologist Mitchell Clionsky, is designed as a practical guide to dementia risk and what to do about it. It provides a dementia risk checklist to that readers can discover their personal risk profile and set goals for their brain health.
Published by Johns Hopkins University Press, the book costs £20.50 in paperback.
