In Control launch the ‘Big Check In’ survey

In Control, a national charity working for an inclusive society, has launched the ‘Big Check In’, a survey to gather views and experiences about accessing health and social care from disabled people and those who draw on care and support.

The survey asks for views and experiences about:

  • Communication and Advice
  • Information and Rights
  • Attitude of Staff
  • Assessment and Reviews
  • Flexibility and Change
  • Quality of Support
  • Amount of Support
  • Paying Charges / Top up’s / Contributions
  • Accessing Staff

In Control say:

“We have set up the ‘Big Check In’ with and led by people who draw on health and social care support, because we believe it is important to maintain an independent public record of how disabled people and those who require care and support experience accessing health and social care.”
