Music for Dementia launch ‘Give the music back’ campaign and a Yoto kit giveaway

Music for Dementia has launched their ‘Give the music back’ Christmas campaign with an advert depicting a grandmother whose granddaughter uses a children’s Yoto player to connect with her through music. With a card inserted into the Yoto player it instantly tunes into m4dRADIO, Music for Dementia’s station offering ad-free music tailored to people living with dementia.

Music for Dementia say:

“We wanted our video to reflect the style of the classic John Lewis ad, but with a twist: To raise awareness around the power of music for people living with dementia. We produced the film in just 10 days on a shoestring budget, using props, locations and even cast members from within the Music for Dementia family. A true collaborative effort.”
