Research into the use of robotic pets for people with dementia looking for participants
Vanessa Tang, a Trainee Clinical Psychologist at Teesside University, is looking for formal (professional) and informal (unpaid/family) carers to participate in her study of robotic pet ownership amongst people living with dementia.
The aim of this research is to explore and describe people’s experiences of caring for a person with dementia who owns/has permanent availability of a robotic pet.
Participants will be invited to a semi-structured interview via Microsoft Teams, at an agreed date and time, lasting around 60-90 minutes.
To find out more about this research study and/or express an interest in taking part, email Vanessa: C2492267@tees.ac.uk.
