The Together Project shares the impact they’ve been making

The Together Project, a national charity that aims to boost wellbeing, reduce loneliness and foster community engagement through intergenerational experiences, has published three new reports looking back at their work over 2024.

In their Annual Impact Report, and the impact summaries for Songs and Smiles and Crafting Connections, there are numerous examples of how The Together Project has made a tangible difference to the lives of the older and younger people it unites.

Comments include:

“I have been a member of Crafting Connections for a long time now and my dementia has become worse but I still manage to do the crafts and still enjoy putting the pictures and gifts on my wall. They put a smile on my face.” A resident who has participated in Crafting Connections.

“With wonderful uplifting and familiar singalongs, Songs & Smiles is fantastic programming for people living with dementia. It uses the power of music, connection, and the playful energy of children to spark recognition, communication, and joy.”

Rachel Addley, Executive Director at My Life Films.
