Thrive Summer Wellbeing Calendar launched

Thrive, the gardening for health charity, has launched a Summer Wellbeing Calendar.

The four-week calendar features active, mindful and creative activities, and aims to help users get a daily dose of summer self-care by encouraging them to connect to gardening and nature.

Thrive say:

“People can use the calendar to focus on their wellbeing and make the most of the lighter days this August. There’s a variety of indoor and outdoor activities to choose from that encourage everyone to enjoy some nature-based me time, or quality time with a friend or family.”

You can access the calendar here: https://www.thrive.org.uk/get-gardening/summer-wellbeing-calendar
