Making It Real – a set of co-produced statements that describe what good care and support looks like – has a new website.
The new website includes all of the Making It Real themes and all of the statements within them, plus an explainer video that shows what Making it Real is all about. There are also discussion aids, Making It Real stories and other resources to help inspire change.
Aligned to the Care Act, and built into the CQC Single Assessment Framework, Making It Real statements can be used as powerful conversation starters for talking about people’s experiences of care and support.
