Professionals working in post-diagnostic dementia support urged to use reablement Policy Brief

Anyone working in post-diagnostic dementia support is being urged to use a Policy Brief entitled ‘Reablement: meeting the challenges facing dementia services’.

The Policy Brief addresses key issues relating to implementing and accessing reablement in dementia care, and comes from collaborative work from numerous organisations worldwide.

The promotion for this Policy Brief says:

“Whether you are a decision maker for the policy of service provision, a professional who can deliver enablement approaches or, an individual who is determined to uphold the rights of people with dementia to receive not only diagnosis but also treatment and interventions, please use this Policy Brief to support your work!”

You can access the Policy Brief here https://www.awolimburg.nl/userfiles/files/publicaties/1451-awo-l-policy-brief-def_spread.pdf
