Winter checklist for healthcare professionals launched
The British Geriatrics Society (BGS) has published ‘Preparing for winter: A checklist for healthcare professionals caring for older people’.
The British Geriatrics Society (BGS) say:
“We have put together a checklist to support professionals across the system to make what changes they can to ensure that this year, winter is a little easier for older people. You may not be able to do everything on this list, but we hope this resource gives you ideas of some practical ways you could make a real difference for older people this winter.”
