CARE, a play portraying dementia, is on at Young Vic, London.
Written and directed by Alexander Zeldin, the play is set in a care home and follows the story of a family: Grandmother Joan, her daughter Lynn, and Lynn’s two children Laurie and Robbie. Joan lives with dementia and moves into a care home after falling and injuring her hip, with the play going on to depict life in the care home and the family’s experiences.
