‘Art for a Cause’ is back for 2026
‘Art for a Cause’, The Care Workers’ Charity’s annual creative challenge, has returned for an 8th year.
Art for a Cause is open to care workers across the UK and is intended to celebrate care workers’ imagination, talent and lived experiences. The theme for 2026 is ‘Strength & Resilience’, and many different examples of art are welcomed, including writing, painting, photography, music and mixed media.
To take part, send original artwork (written work up to 750 words, artwork, or music/spoken-word recording) to fundraising@thecwc.org.uk with:
• Subject line: Art for a Cause Submission
• Your name, job title, employer, and the title of your piece
• Your work attached (or a link for audio/video).
The deadline for submissions is 20 March 2026 at 5pm. Prizes will be awarded to the three winning entries which will be announced on 31 March 2026.
