Care home group has a busy summer of community activities
Colten Care, an independent, family-owned care home provider that operates 21 care homes in Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and West Sussex has had a busy summer.
One home transformed its garden into a colourful sensory trail complete with wind chimes and ribbons as guests enjoyed a summer barbecue party. Another home had a dementia friendly community festival and a third home had a circus-themed fete. Colten Care employs an Admiral Nurse and its four dedicated dementia care homes put on a range of activities to support Dementia UK’s national awareness campaign, Time for a Cuppa.
