The complete set of ‘Shared Care’ resources are now available from TIDE (Together in Dementia Everyday).
Launched in June 2026, ‘Making Shared Care a Reality: A Resource for Carers, Families and Friends’ compliments ‘Shared Care: Training and Resources for Care Homes’. Together this suite of free resources can help to support families and care providers when a person living with dementia moves into a care home.
