The Dementia 100 readiness survey for ICB and ICS colleagues has been launched.
The Dementia 100 Pathway Self-Assessment Tool (that we reported on here: https://journalofdementiacare.co.uk/dementia-100-pathway-self-assessment-tool-launched) is a resource to enable place and system level self-assessment of dementia provision across geographical areas.
The team behind Dementia 100 are keen to learn more about how it is being utilised across England, the readiness of ICBs to implement it, and how Integrated Care Systems (ICS) can be supported to utilise Dementia 100 for the purposes of planning, commissioning, improvement, and strategy development.
