Dementia Alliance International launch Community Survey

Dementia Alliance International (DAI) has launched a Community Survey and would like responses from anyone with personal or professional experience in dementia care around the world.

DAI say:

“Since 2014, DAI has worked tirelessly to represent, support, and educate people living with dementia while raising awareness, eradicating stigma, and improving quality of life. Guided by the voices of our members, we’ve made significant strides—and now we’re taking it further.

We’re thrilled to announce that our member survey is open to the entire DAI community! Whether you’re living with dementia, a caregiver, a healthcare professional, or an ally, your insights are invaluable in helping us achieve our mission. While member voices remain our top priority, expanding the survey allows us to better understand how our work supports the wider community.”

You can complete the survey, which takes around 5 minutes, here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe6mun-09pXYjm16Rh2x74op73rwQVYr3uF6wBPdgQsqJHBog/viewform
