Dementia Carers Count partner with Dementia Research UK
Dementia Carers Count (DCC) has partnered with Dementia Research UK to enable DCC to further raise awareness of the help, support and information they provide to dementia carers.
Dementia Research UK say:
“Through our funding, we’re helping Dementia Carers Count reach more of the 700,000 families caring for someone living with dementia in the UK, at a time when many unpaid carers are under immense pressure and approaching crisis point.”
