Dementia Strategy for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly published

A dementia strategy has been developed for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly in collaboration with Cornwall Council, the Council of the Isles of Scilly and the NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board.

The strategy promotes the ‘well pathway’ for dementia: preventing well, diagnosing well, treating well, supporting well, living well and dying well.

People with dementia and their carers and families were involved in the development of the strategy, alongside a range of key stakeholders.

You can read more and access the strategy here: https://www.cornwall.gov.uk/council-news/health-wellbeing-and-social-care/new-strategy-for-cornwall-and-the-isles-of-scilly-will-improve-the-lives-of-people-living-with-dementia/
