Dishes to spice up mealtimes

Care homes meal provider apetito hopes to make mealtimes more interesting for people with dementia who have dysphagia by introducing five new dishes aimed specifically at this group.  The dishes are chicken in rich gravy, lamb in mint gravy, chicken and vegetable casserole, sausages, beans and chips, and spaghetti bolognaise. The meals correspond to IDDSI level 4, a standard measure to describe the pureed texture of the five dishes.  Go to
