Registration is now open for the Alzheimer’s Society Annual Conference, which returns for 2023 during Dementia Action Week. The conference will put a spotlight on making dementia a priority locally, bringing together local leaders in dementia from across the UK to share best practice and challenges, and progress towards aims and ambitions in diagnosis and post-diagnostic support.
The conference will be held both in person, at the Park Plaza, Victoria, London, and virtually, on Thursday 18 May. Gina Airey, who is living with dementia, and Trevor Salomon, a family carer, will host the conference. Speakers wlll include Society chief executive Kate Lee, NHS England national mental health director Claire Murdoch, and Paresh Malhotra, professor of clinical neurology at Imperial College.
