Evaluation of Welsh Dementia Action Plan published

Government Social Research and the Welsh Government has published, ‘Evaluation of the Dementia Action Plan 2018 to 2022: main findings and recommendations for future strategies’. 

This is the final report in the evaluation process (that began in 2019), and provides an overview of all of the evaluation findings. The report also contains a series of recommendations to inform future action plans.
