Feedback on Jersey hospital dementia care experiences wanted to inform new charter
Jersey General Hospital is seeking the views of people living with dementia and family members/carers to inform a new Hospital Dementia Charter that’s being created in collaboration with Dementia Jersey.
Hospital experiences are defined as being an out-patient, an in-patient, or visiting the emergency department within the last two years.
