The Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) and Innovate UK has published their final report for the UK Research and Innovation (UKRI): Healthy Ageing Challenge.
The report, ‘Adding Life to Years – Achieving impact for healthier later lives’ provides an overview of the Healthy Ageing Challenge impacts and includes statistics, case studies and testimonials. It shows how the UKRI Healthy Ageing Challenge has inspired innovators and researchers from a wide range of industries and academic disciplines (including dementia – see page 28 of the report), who are all working towards the vision of the challenge: to enable people to remain active, productive, independent and socially connected across the generations for as long as possible.
