Age Concern Liverpool and Sefton in conjunction with Wordcraft Workshops are running an intergenerational poetry competition entitled: ‘Together in Verse’.
The competition is open to older people living in Liverpool and Sefton, and school-aged children (4-19) writing about or with an older person in their life category.
Prizes are being offered and the winners will be invited to read out their poetry live on BBC Radio Merseyside.
Entry is free but small donations to Age Concern Liverpool and Sefton are welcomed. The closing date is 14 February 2025.
