MSNAP publish Review Highlights report 

The Memory Services National Accreditation Programme (MSNAP) has published their Review Highlights report. 

The report celebrates areas of memory service practice that review teams have found particularly impressive, showcasing examples of good practice from MSNAP members. It also identifies standards that memory services often struggle to meet, with these commonly unmet standards being accompanied by guidance to help memory services implement improvements.
