Ahead of the general election, Dementia UK has launched their ‘Put dementia on the agenda’ campaign, calling on the next government to:
- Fix NHS Continuing Healthcare Funding
- Deliver expert personalised care after diagnosis
- Improve diagnosis rates and support for people under 65
- Increase specialist dementia nurses in hospitals
