House of Memories have worked with Forever Reds and Liverpool FC Foundation to create a new app package for Liverpool Football Club fans. Through capturing the sights and sounds of iconic matches, the ‘Liverpool FC Memories’ package in the My House of Memories app aims to connect fans with their sporting history.
The team behind the app worked with local care homes to ensure the package they’ve put together represents a collaboration with the wider dementia community.
Katie Ellis Carrigg, Head of Partnerships at LFC Foundation, said:
“This was a unique opportunity for us to work with the House of Memories programme to provide specialist app content for anyone living with dementia, whether that be LFC supporters, former players, or the wider football family.
We are proud to be the first club to take part in an initiative like this and we hope it is a real source of support for those who need it.”
