Two dementia nurses honoured at Buckingham Palace

Two nurses from a specialist dementia care home, Wren Hall in Nottinghamshire, have attended Buckingham Palace for an event held by King Charles III to recognise and celebrate the contribution of international nurses and midwives working in the UK’s health and social care sector.

Jincy and Rose Antony have worked at Wren Hall for over 20 years after arriving from India in 2003. Jincy said: “Nursing is not just a career; it’s a chance to make a difference in people’s lives. Receiving the invitation to Buckingham Palace was an honour, and I felt immense pride for myself and my sister. Our parents were so excited and happy.”
