‘People with dementia at the heart of research’ book launch

A book has been launched that features 26 research projects that have been led by groups of people with dementia.

‘People with dementia at the heart of research – Co-producing research through the Dementia Enquirers model’ is authored by Rachael Litherland from Innovations in Dementia and Philly Hare, who before her retirement worked for Innovations in Dementia (https://journalofdementiacare.co.uk/wishing-philly-rachel-well). The book describes the wide-range of research topics that were explored by people with dementia (supported by group facilitators and academics), and describes how people with dementia were fully involved in all aspects of the research conducted.
