Social enterprise committed to student recruitment launch care providers’ survey

Social Side Gig, a new social enterprise that recruits committed university and college students into part-time social care roles, has launched a survey to help them understand care providers’ needs.

Social Side Gig works by recruiting students with relevant experience and a strong passion for care (IE those studying for a career in health or social care or those who’ve been previous unpaid carers for a loved one) and ensures they can contribute meaningfully to the social care sector while they study. The survey is aimed at social care providers to ensure Social Side Gig can best support workforce challenges in the sector.
