Participants wanted for survey on how the NHS uses and delivers CST

Brain+, in collaboration with University College London and Northeast London Foundation NHS Trust, has developed a survey on how Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) is being used and delivered within the NHS.

The survey is aimed at people who work with older people or people with dementia in post-diagnostic support services. The short questionnaire aims to identify challenges and opportunities in post-diagnostic dementia support across UK memory services.
