The Care Workers’ Charity launch National Sports Day for Care 2026
The Care Workers’ Charity (CWC) has launched their National Sports Day for Care 2026.
The initiative features a week of activities to bring care workers, residents and communities together to raise funds for CWC. It runs from 18-22 May 2026.
A National Sports Day for Care fundraising pack, created in partnership with Be Great Fitness (specialists in inclusive fitness for older adults), is available as part of this initiative and includes activity ideas and printable resources. There is also a competition to win a free fitness session with Be Great Fitness, and on Friday 22 May 2026 Burns Gym will be providing a live-streamed workout session.
