Skills for Care publish ‘The state of the adult social care sector and workforce in England 2025’
Skills for Care has published ‘The state of the adult social care sector and workforce in England 2025’.
In the report, under ‘Training categories within the group Specific conditions and disabilities (recorded in ASC-WDS local authority and independent sectors only) 2024/25’, it shows that 37% of adult social care workers have had dementia training (see page 140 here https://www.skillsforcare.org.uk/Adult-Social-Care-Workforce-Data/workforceintelligence/resources/Reports/National/The-state-of-the-adult-social-care-sector-and-workforce-in-England-2025.pdf).
