ADI launch seventh report in the ‘From Plan to Impact’ series

Alzheimer’s Disease International (ADI) has launched their seventh report in their ‘From Plan to Impact’ series, which tracks the progress of WHO Member States towards achieving the targets of the Global Action Plan on the public health response to dementia.

This report looks at progress towards the targets of the Global Action Plan, highlighting the need for innovative treatments and essential care services, and stressing the vital role of National Dementia Plans in enhancing support systems for people living with dementia and their carers.

With the Global Action Plan only having one year remaining, ADI are also calling for a 10-year extension so that work towards its aims can continue.
